1、rikozakka.com使用USPS、Fedex或UPS提供的物流服务。

2、rikozakka.com无法赔偿因物流公司或其他第三方原因做成的包裹损毁、丢失和被盗等情况。

二、退款政策

退货
如需退货，您的商品应当满足以下条件：

1.影响使用的商品本体破损,或产品过期。

2.衣服、鞋帽、饰物或其他产品的识别标签或吊牌仍然附在产品上。

3.在交付日期之后的7天内。

请注意，原始配送费用（运费）不可退款。

换货
我们目前不提供换货服务。

退款
为了顺利获得退款，我们要求您退回原始商品（要求请参阅“退货”），如需购买适合的商品，请重新下单。在我们收到您的退货后的 5 个工作日内，我们将按照您的原始付款方式退回款项。您的收付款金融机构可能需要几天时间将退款存入您的账户。

Refund Policy

To be returned, your item should meet the following conditions:

Refund
